DO NOT use this vendor!!!
Adam gave us such a run-around and added way too
much stress for the day. He ended up moving to CA
just before the wedding, never told us, changed his
phone # and his email stopped working. He ended up
getting someone else to shoot the day. The initial
video took forever to get and it was boring. Asked
him to fix it and it took another 1.5 months
to get it again and not much better. over 3 months to
get the final video and within 2 weeks after that, a
nasty email stating that payment was past due.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

We finalized all arrangements with this hotel. They have offered the absolute best deal in the area
and have an excellent facility.
The rates and days are listed below and includes breakfast for 2 in their Great American Grill® restaurant
each day you have a room. The grill serves a full hot breakfast with cooked to order eggs, omelets and
a variety of other items.
Mon/Tue/Wed: $129 per night
Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun: $79 per night
You MUST call the hotel directly at 303.824.1550 and ask for the Romero/Pieron Wedding rate to
ensure you receive the rates above. The deadline for booking your room is July 21, 2008. Per the
hotel, After the cut off date all sleeping rooms not reserved by individual guest's name or
guaranteed by a rooming list will be released to general inventory for sale.
Shuttle Service will be provided to and from The Franciscan Event Center on Saturday, August 2nd.
There will be 2 trips made to the site and then 2 trips from the site back to the hotel. The times are as follows:
From the hotel to the hall:
4:00 PM and 4:30 PM (Don't forget to sign up at the front desk)
From the hall to the hotel:
9:30 PM and 10:45 PM (Don't forget to sign up at the front desk)
Guests must sign up with the Front Desk for the shuttle times. Should there be no sign ups for a particular
time on the schedule; the shuttle will not run for that timeslot.
Directions
From Denver International Airport
(Tollway/Quickest) Take Pena Blvd out of the airport to E-470 South. Take E-470 South to the Jamaica Exit.
Make a left/south onto Jamaica and follow to Meridian Blvd. Turn Right on Meridian Blvd. and turn right into hotel.
